Managed IT · Definition
What does a managed service provider in Tunisia do?
A managed service provider takes ongoing responsibility for your IT under a monthly contract. In Tunisia, that means monitoring your servers, network and Internet links, maintaining equipment, supporting your users and protecting your data, with the scope, response times (SLA) and price fixed in writing before you sign.
For a subsidiary or an offshore company, outsourced IT support in Tunisia fills a precise gap: group IT sets the standards, but cannot be on site when a switch fails in Ariana. We are your hands on the ground.
Foreign subsidiaries
Local entities that follow group IT standards and reporting.
Offshore and export companies
Fully exporting firms whose production cannot stop for an IT outage.
Contact centres and software houses
Teams that rely on telephony and Internet all day. We run our own contact centre in Ariana, too.
NGOs and international organisations
Country offices that need dependable IT and careful handling of data.
Managed IT · Scope
What our managed IT services in Tunisia cover
One contract for everything that keeps your site running. Each service can also be contracted on its own.
24/7 monitoring
A probe on site checks servers, switches, Wi-Fi, Internet links, UPS units, backups and firewalls, and escalates any unacknowledged alert.
Preventive and corrective maintenance
Updates, monthly health checks, part replacement and on-site repairs, planned rather than improvised.
User support
Phone, email, WhatsApp or remote session, plus on-site IT support in Tunis and across Greater Tunis.
Backup and recovery
Automated backups, an off-site copy, tested restores and a documented recovery plan.
Security
Fortinet firewalls, ESET antivirus, web filtering, site-to-site VPN and controlled access rights.
Network and Wi-Fi
Cabling, switches and professional Wi-Fi, installed and monitored by the same team.
IP telephony
IPBX phone systems and Grandstream IP phones, monitored like the rest of your infrastructure.
Microsoft 365
Accounts, mailboxes and licences managed with your workstations, joiners and leavers included.
Fractional IT director
Budget, roadmap, purchasing and audits, with a single contact for your group.

Expert IT 370° · Why us
Why a local integrator for IT outsourcing in Tunisia?
A remote provider can watch a dashboard. Only a team on the ground can replace a failed switch or bring a server room back up after a power cut.
One partner from cabling to cloud
We install what we maintain: cabling, network, Lenovo servers, Fortinet firewalls, IP telephony. No finger-pointing between suppliers.
Based in Ariana, on site across Greater Tunis
On-site interventions in Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous and La Manouba; elsewhere in Tunisia, remote support and scheduled visits.
Power cuts handled, not endured
Power cuts and load shedding are frequent in Tunisia. We monitor UPS switchover, runtime and battery health, and shut servers down cleanly before batteries run out.
Ooredoo Business Diamond Partner
Your business Internet links can be supplied through us, then monitored with the rest of your IT.
Brands we distribute

Data protection for international groups
In Tunisia, personal data is governed by Organic Law no. 2004-63 of 27 July 2004, overseen by the national data protection authority (INPDP). Our technicians use named, logged access to your systems, and we sign a confidentiality undertaking.

FAQ
Managed IT services in Tunisia: your questions answered
Do you provide IT services for offshore companies in Tunisia?
Yes. Fully exporting companies, contact centres and software houses rely on their network, Internet links, telephony and workstations all day. A SérénITé plan covers them all under one contract, with response times in writing.
Our head office is abroad. How do we keep control?
You choose who receives the monthly report and who can access the monitoring dashboard: your country manager, group IT, or both. If you already have IT staff, we work alongside them.
In which languages do you provide support?
French and Arabic, with English on request. Tell us who needs English when you request a proposal. Prefer French? Read the French version of this page.
We are opening a site in Tunisia. Can you set up the IT?
Yes. As an integrator, we install cabling, network and Wi-Fi, firewall, servers, IP telephony and workstations, then monitor the site from the day it opens, with everything documented.
Are your prices in Tunisian dinars, and what do they include?
Yes. Our managed IT services in Tunisia range from 180 TND (Essential), 450 TND (Premium) and 1,200 TND (Enterprise) per month, excluding VAT, hardware and licences. The final price depends on your workstations, servers and sites.
Can you take over from our current IT provider?
Yes. After an assessment, we collect access rights and documentation, test backup restores and install the monitoring probe, ideally before your current contract ends.
Can you help with a Tunisian cybersecurity audit?
Yes, but we are not an authorised auditor. Under Decree-Law no. 2023-17, the National Cybersecurity Agency (ANCS) publishes the list of authorised auditors and receives their reports. We help you prepare for the audit, then implement its recommendations.
Catch the outage before your users do.
24/7 monitoring, local support and commitments in writing: your team in Tunisia keeps working, and head office keeps full visibility.
